The Drake Bulldogs and the Missouri Tigers meet Thursday in NCAA Tournament first-round college basketball action from Intrust Bank Arena. Here’s a Missouri vs Drake prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Missouri vs Drake pick.

Drake Bulldogs Betting Preview

Drake has been a highly consistent team all season with just one instance of consecutive losses—and just three losses in total. The Bulldogs fell to UIC and Murray State in succession to kick off the 2025 calendar year, then beat Bradley, Evansville, Illinois State, Indiana State, Valparaiso, Missouri State, Northern Iowa, Southern Illinois, Murray State, Indiana State, and Illinois State before another loss to Bradley. Since then it’s been a string of wins as Drake has dispatched UIC, Northern Iowa, Evansville, Missouri State, Southern Illinois, Belmont, and Bradley on the way to an MVC Tournament title and a 30-3 overall record this year.

In their final conference tournament game versus Bradley on March 9, the Bulldogs went into the locker room with a 31-27 edge. Drake turned it up in the second half on a 32-21 run and took the eventual victory 32-21 in the end. Bennett Stirtz led the team with 24 points, four rebounds and four assists alongside a pair of blocks. The only other player on the team to finish in double-figures was Tavion Banks, who came off the bench to provide 13 points, nine rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block in 33 minutes of work. Cam Manyawu got close to double-digits though, notching nine points with four rebounds in the victory.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

Over on the Missouri side, they were looking pretty good for most of the year, but since February hit the team has seen some significant struggles in the win column. The Tigers went 15-4 over their first 19 games with losses to only Memphis, Illinois, Auburn, and Texas. A 5-2 run came next with wins over Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Alabama (alongside losses to Tennessee and Texas A&M), then a 1-4 run to finish off the season. Those losses were versus Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. Missouri beat Mississippi State in the conference tourney before a loss to Florida. That gives the Tigers a 22-11 overall run so far this season.

In the Florida matchup on Friday, the Tigers kicked off the first half on a 50-37 deficit. Missouri didn’t get any closer on a 45-44 second half and took the loss at the end 95-81. Topping the scorers in the losing effort was Tamar Bates with his 16 points and three rebounds. Both Anthony Robinson (three assists; two steals) and Tony Perkins (four rebounds; three assists) each posted 13 points, while Caleb Grill led the bench scoring 11 points with two assists.

Why the Missouri Tigers will win

  • Drake has lost each of its last nine night games against AP-ranked opponents.
  • Missouri has won each of its last eight night games against non-conference opponents.
  • Drake has lost the first half in eight of its last nine night games against AP-ranked opponents.

Why the Drake Bulldogs will win

  • Drake has won each of its last 15 night games.
  • Missouri has lost each of its last four games against non-conference opponents at neutral venues.
  • Drake has won the first half in each of its last eight night games.

Total Points Facts

  • Each of Missouri’s last 23 games against non-conference opponents has produced a total of 135+ points.
  • Each of Drake’s last eight games has produced a total of 131 or fewer points.

Matchup/League Facts

  • Missouri ranks 2nd among Division 1 teams for free throws made per game this season (19.6).
  • Missouri ranks 3rd among Division 1 teams for free throw attempts per game this season (27.0).
  • Drake ranks 1st among Division 1 teams for opponent rebounds per game this season (25.1).
  • Drake ranks 364th among Division 1 teams for field goal attempts per game this season (50.3).

Missouri vs Drake Prediction

I’m going to take a stab at Drake here. The Bulldogs are looking pretty good these days, even though they’re not putting up huge points totals on offense. Drake shot a solid 45.7 percent from the field with a 32-19 rebounding advantage and just nine turnovers in their MVC Tournament final versus Bradley. That said, the Bulldogs weren’t great from the line (15-of-23 for 65.2 percent) and had a tepid 11 team assists. Drake has been below 66 points in four of the last six games, but the good news is that they’ve won seven straight outings.

As for Missouri, they were blitzed by a great Florida team in their last game, coughing up a whopping 61.8 percent shooting from the field in the defeat. The Tigers’ lone saving grace was their 22 points off 16 Gators turnovers, but even that wasn’t enough to prevent a double-digit loss. Missouri is normally a good offense but they’ve been giving up a truckload of points on the other side lately. This will be a very interesting matchup, and I like Drake to power one out.

The Florida Gators and Missouri Tigers meet on Friday in college basketball action at Bridgestone Arena. Here’s a Florida vs Missouri prediction. This article will include a Florida vs Missouri Pick.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Missouri Tigers (22-10, 18-14 ATS) didn’t have a great final month of the regular season as they lost four of five games, including three straight prior to the conference tournament. After losing to Vanderbilt, Oklahoma, and Kentucky, Missouri finished in 7th place in the SEC Standings and faced No. 10 Mississippi State in the second round. The Tigers won 85-73, easier than expected.

Missouri is averaging 84.5 PPG (T9th) and is allowing 73.2 PPG (220th). The Tigers are getting 34.1 RPG (280th) and dish out 14.0 APG (181st). Mark Mitchell is the team’s top performer with 14.3 PPG, 4.7 RPG, 2.0 APG, and 1.0 SPG. Caleb Grill has 14.2 PPG, 3.8 RPG, and 1.7 SPG, while Tamar Bates contributes 12.9 PPG, 2.6 RPG, and 1.4 SPG.

Florida Gators Betting Preview

The Florida Gators (27-4, 23-8 ATS) entered the conference tournament in a much better mood than Missouri. The Gators concluded the regular season with nine wins in ten games and recorded three consecutive victories, defeating Texas A&M, Alabama, and Ole Miss. Florida took the No. 2 seed and skipped the first two rounds of the SEC tourney.

Florida averages 84.5 PPG (T9th) and allows 68.2 PPG (67th). The Gators are 3rd in rebounds (42.4) and 64th in assists (15.8). Walter Clayton Jr. leads the team with 17.2 PPG, 3.8 RPG, a team-high 4.3 APG, and 1.2 SPG. Alijah Martin follows him with 14.5 PPG, 4.7 RPG, 2.3 APG, and a team-high 1.7 SPG, while Will Richard chips in 13.3 PPG, 4.7 RPG, and 1.7 SPG.

Why Missouri will beat Florida

  • Missouri has won the first half in each of its last three games against Top 5 AP-ranked opponents.

Why Florida will beat Missouri

  • Florida has won nine of its last 10 games against the Southeastern Conference.
  • Missouri has lost 15 of its last 18 games against Top 5 AP-ranked opponents.
  • Florida has won the first half in each of its last three games against the Southeastern Conference.

Matchup/League Facts

  • Florida ranks 5th among Division 1 teams for net rating this season (+23.3).
  • Florida ranks 7th among Division 1 teams for field goal attempts per game this season (64.2).
  • Missouri ranks T6th among Division 1 teams for steals per game this season (9.6).
  • Missouri ranks 6th among Division 1 teams for offensive rating this season (122.8).

Florida vs Missouri Prediction

Florida won seven of the previous ten H2H encounters and four of the last five. However, Missouri won the lone H2H this season when it was 83-82 at Florida. The Gators are a slightly better team and will be fresh after skipping the previous two rounds. Missouri played last night but I don’t think they spent a lot of energy against Mississippi State. The Tigers still have fuel in their tank and I believe they can give us a show on Friday. I am not saying they will make an upset here, but I expect the Tigers to put up a fight and stay close. We have top 10 offenses here, so I am going with points and Over. Missouri is 7-3 in Over/Under over the last ten games, exactly like Florida. The Gators’ previous four games went Over. I am backing both teams to score 80+ here.

The Missouri Tigers and Mississippi State Bulldogs meet on Thursday in college basketball action at Bridgestone Arena. Here’s a Missouri vs Mississippi State prediction. This article will include a Missouri vs Mississippi State Pick.

Mississippi State Bulldogs Betting Preview

The Mississippi State Bulldogs (21-11, 15-17 ATS) didn’t play well late in the regular season as they concluded it with four losses in five games. Following losses to Texas and Arkansas, Mississippi State finished in 10th place in the SEC Standings and had to play in the first round of the conference tournament, where the Bulldogs dismantled LSU 91-62.

Mississippi State averages 79.6 PPG (49th) and allows 74.2 PPG (252nd). The Bulldogs are 57th in rebounds (38.1) and 83rd in assists (15.3). Josh Hubbard leads the team with 18.3 PPG, 2.3 RPG, and 3.3 APG. KeShawn Murphy follows him with 11.6 PPG, a team-high 7.5 RPG, and a team-high 1.2 BPG, while Claudell Harris Jr. chips in 9.8 PPG and 2.9 RPG.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Missouri Tigers (21-10, 17-14 ATS) have been inconsistent recently after losing four of the last eight games. The Tigers concluded the regular season with three consecutive defeats as they lost to Vanderbilt, Oklahoma, and Kentucky, allowing 90+ points in each. Missouri came to the SEC tournament as the No. 7 seed.

Missouri is averaging 84.5 PPG (9th) and is allowing 73.2 PPG (221st).

Why Mississippi State will beat Missouri

  • Missouri has lost each of its last four games against non-AP-ranked opponents at a neutral venue.
  • Mississippi State has won each of its last six Thursday games against the Southeastern Conference.
  • Mississippi State has won the first half in six of its last seven night games against Missouri.

Why Missouri will beat Mississippi State

  • Mississippi State has lost 20 of its last 23 night games against AP-ranked opponents.
  • Missouri has won 11 of its last 14 night games against non-AP-ranked opponents.
  • Missouri has won the first half in five of its last six night games against the Southeastern Conference.

Total Points Facts

  • Each of Missouri’s last 10 Conference Tournament games has produced a total of 152 or fewer points.
  • Each of Mississippi State’s last 10 games against Conference opponents at neutral venues has produced a total of 153 or fewer points.

  • Mississippi State ranks 34th among Division 1 teams for turnover percentage this season (12.8%).
  • Mississippi State ranks T38th among Division 1 teams for blocks per game this season (4.6).

Missouri vs Mississippi State Prediction

Mississippi State won eight of the previous ten H2H encounters, but Missouri won the first meeting of this season when it was 88-61 at Mississippi State. I am not sure about the winner of this clash on Thursday, but I am pretty sure we’re going to have an entertaining and high-scoring affair. Both teams are 8-2 Over/Under in their last ten respective games, while the lone H2H also went Over. Furthermore, Mississippi State is 20-12-0 Over/Under, while Missouri is 19-12-0 Over/Under this year.

In this article we will formulate a Missouri vs Kentucky prediction for this College Basketball game on Saturday, March 8th at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Missouri. Let’s take a look at the prediction for this College Basketball matchup.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Missouri Tigers are 21-9 (10-7) this year after they lost to Oklahoma by a score of 96-84 in their last game. Missouri trailed 50-37 at halftime, but they did score 47 points in the second half in the loss. The Tigers shot 46.7% from the field, 29% on three pointers, and 79.2% on free throws in the game. Mark Mitchell led Missouri with 18 points and four assists, while Caleb Grill added 16 points and eight rebounds in the game.

Prior to that loss, the Tigers lost to Vanderbilt by a score of 97-93, but did beat South Carolina by a score of 101-71 before that. Missouri has lost three of their last four games and they are currently tied for fifth in the SEC standings with a 10-7 record. Missouri has scored 84.6 points per game and they have allowed 72.6 points against per game, while also averaging 34 rebounds and 14.1 assists per game this season. Caleb Grill is averaging 14.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game, while Mark Mitchell is averaging 14.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game this year. Missouri is shooting 48.9% from the field, 72.8% on free throws, and 37.3% on three pointers this season.

Kentucky Wildcats Betting Preview

The Kentucky Wildcats are 20-10 (9-8) this season after they defeated LSU by a score of 95-64 in their last game. Kentucky led 50-23 at halftime and added 45 points in the second half to pull away in the win. The Wildcats shot 50.7% from the field, 37.5% on three pointers, and 100% on free throws in the game. Otega Oweh led Kentucky with 24 points and eight rebounds, while Brandon Garrison added 15 points and four assists in the game.

Prior to that win, the Wildcats lost to Auburn by a score of 94-78, but did beat Oklahoma by a score of 83-82 before that. Kentucky has alternated wins and losses over their last seven games and they are currently eighth in the SEC standings with a 9-8 record. Kentucky has scored 85.6 points per game and they have allowed 76.8 points against per game, while also averaging 38.7 rebounds and 17.1 assists per game this season. Otega Oweh is averaging 16.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game, while Lamont Butler is averaging 12.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game this year. Kentucky is shooting 48.4% from the field, 74.2% on free throws, and 37.3% on three pointers this season.

Why Missouri will beat Kentucky

  • Missouri has won 18 of its last 19 games at Mizzou Arena.
  • Kentucky has lost each of its last four road games following a home win.
  • Missouri has won the first half in 11 of its last 12 games at Mizzou Arena.

Total Points Facts

  • Each of Missouri’s last 13 day games against Conference opponents at Mizzou Arena have produced a total of 167 or fewer points.
  • Each of Kentucky’s last four day games against AP-ranked opponents have produced a total of 172+ points.

Missouri vs Kentucky Prediction

Both of these teams come into this matchup ranked in the top 20, but neither side is playing very well right now. Missouri has lost three of their last four games and they have allowed 92+ points in four of their last five, but they do play their best basketball at home. Kentucky has also had issues on defense this season, as they have allowed at least 82 points in three of their last four games. These two teams play a very similar brand of basketball and there should be no shortage of points here. Kentucky is just 1-3 in their last four road games, while Missouri is 8-1 in their last nine home games. I think the home court advantage is huge in this matchup, so give me Missouri here.

Missouri led 38-29 at halftime, but they allowed 52 points in the second half and ended up losing in overtime. The Tigers shot 49.1% from the field, 40.9% on three-pointers, and 80% on free throws in the game. Caleb Grill led Missouri with 28 points and two rebounds, while Mark Mitchell added 20 points and seven rebounds in the game.

Prior to that loss, the Tigers defeated South Carolina by a score of 101-71 but did lose to Arkansas by a score of 92-85 before that. Missouri has won four of their last six games and they are currently fifth in the SEC standings with a 10-6 record. Oklahoma vs Missouri Prediction

Oklahoma comes into this matchup desperately needing a win to stay in the tournament bubble, and they will be at home for this game. The Sooners have lost seven of their last eight games, but their last two losses were by a combined four points. Missouri has lost two of their last three games, with both losses coming on the road. The Tigers have a very high-powered offense, but their defense has let them down recently, allowing 97 or more points in three of their last four games. Neither team has a defense that you can count on, so I do think we are going to see a higher-scoring game in this matchup. Take the over in this contest.

The Vanderbilt Commodores and Missouri Tigers meet on Saturday in college basketball action at Memorial Gymnasium. Here’s a Vanderbilt vs Missouri Prediction. This article will include a Vanderbilt vs Missouri Pick.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Missouri Tigers (21-7, 17-11 ATS) responded to a pair of losses to Tennessee and Oklahoma A&M with wins over Oklahoma, Georgia, and Alabama. The Tigers couldn’t make it four in a row as they fell short at Arkansas, but they returned to winning ways with a massive 101-71 victory over South Carolina at home. That was the fourth time Missouri scored 100+ points this year and second in three games! Missouri is 5th in the SEC Standings with the same record as Tennessee and four games behind No. 1 Auburn.

Missouri averages 84.3 PPG (8th) and allows 70.9 PPG (149th). The Tigers are 266th in rebounds (34.4) and 164th in assists (14.1). Caleb Grill leads the team with 13.7 PPG, 3.7 RPG, and 1.7 SPG. Mark Mitchell also has 13.7 PPG, along with 4.6 RPG and 1.1 SPG, while Tamar Bates contributes 13.2 PPG, 2.7 RPG, and 1.5 SPG.

Vanderbilt Commodores Betting Preview

The Vanderbilt Commodores (19-9, 17-11 ATS) experienced a rough patch during which they suffered six losses in eight games. They did respond with victories over Ole Miss and Texas Tech, with the latter coming on the road. Vanderbilt is 10th in the SEC Standings with three games behind Missouri, and will likely finish the regular season between 7th and 11th place in the conference.

Vanderbilt is averaging 79.8 PPG (48th) and is allowing 73.2 PPG (220th). The Commodores are getting 35.0 RPG (235th) and dish out 14.2 APG (156th). Jason Edwards is the team’s top scorer with 17.2 PPG. Devin McGlockton adds 10.6 PPG, a team-high 8.0 RPG, and a team-high 1.1 BPG, while Tyler Nickel has 10.3 PPG and 2.4 RPG.

Why the Missouri Tigers will win

  • Missouri has won each of its last five games when playing with a rest advantage.
  • Vanderbilt has lost 16 of its last 20 games against AP-ranked opponents.
  • Missouri has won the first half in 16 of its last 20 games against non-AP-ranked opponents.

Why the Vanderbilt Commodores will win

  • Vanderbilt has won each of its last 10 day games at Memorial Gymnasium.
  • Missouri has lost four of its last five away games when playing with a rest advantage.
  • The home team has won the first half in nine of the last 10 games between Missouri and Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt vs Missouri Prediction

Although I am leaning toward Missouri here, I cannot ignore the fact that Vanderbilt won the last two H2Hs at home and that the Commodores have a 13-2 home record this year. That’s why I am going with points. Missouri has been on a tear lately when it comes to scoring; the Tigers scored 82+ points in each of their last five games. I was impressed with 110 points against Bama and 101 against South Carolina, so I am backing the visitors to have a good shooting game here as well. Missouri has hit the game total Over in 20 of its last 33 games, while Vanderbilt has only hit the game total Under in 15 of their last 32 games. These numbers are enough for me to back Over.

Missouri vs South Carolina Prediction

South Carolina has been awful all season, and one win over Texas doesn’t move the needle much. South Carolina is also 12-14-1 ATS on the season despite being underdogs nightly. Missouri is one of the most consistent teams in the SEC and is a profitable 16-11 ATS on the season. Missouri is 17-1 SU at home. The favorite has covered six of the last nine games between South Carolina and Missouri. The Missouri Tigers are also 5-1 ATS in their last six games as a favorite. Thick line, but give me Missouri in a comfortable home win.

In this article we will formulate an Arkansas vs Missouri prediction for this College Basketball game on Saturday, February 22nd at Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Let’s take a look at the prediction for this College Basketball matchup.

Arkansas Razorbacks Betting Preview

The Arkansas Razorbacks are 15-11 (4-9) this year after they lost to Auburn by a score of 67-60 in their last game. Arkansas trailed 33-27 at halftime and played pretty tough in the second half, but only managed 33 points. The Razorbacks shot 45.5% from the field, 15.8% on three pointers, and 50% on free throws in the game. Adou Thiero led Arkansas with 16 points and four rebounds, while Johnell Davis added 14 points and four assists in the game.

Prior to that loss, the Razorbacks lost to Texas A&M by a score of 69-61, but did beat LSU by a score of 70-58 before that. Arkansas has lost three of their last four games and they are currently near the bottom of the SEC standings with a 4-9 record. Arkansas has scored 75.5 points per game and they have allowed 68.8 points against per game, while also averaging 35.2 rebounds and 14.5 assists per game this year. Adou Thiero is averaging 15.8 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game, while Johnell Davis is averaging 10.3 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game this season. Arkansas is shooting 46.5% from the field, 72.5% on free throws, and 33.2% on three pointers this year.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Missouri Tigers are 20-6 (9-4) this season after they defeated Alabama by a score of 110-98 in their last game. Missouri led 59-46 at halftime, but they did allow 52 points in the second half in the win. The Tigers shot 60.3% from the field, 39.1% on three pointers, and 66% on free throws in the game. Mark Mitchell led Missouri with 31 points and three rebounds, while Caleb Grill added 25 points and 10 rebounds in the win.

Prior to that victory, the Tigers defeated Georgia by a score of 87-74 and Oklahoma by a score of 82-58. Missouri has won three games in a row and they are currently tied for fourth in the SEC standings with a 9-4 record. Missouri has scored 83.7 points per game and they have allowed 70.1 points against per game, while also averaging 34.7 rebounds and 13.9 assists per game this season. Mark Mitchell is averaging 13.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game, while Tamar Bates is averaging 13.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game this year. Total Points Facts

  • Six of the last seven games between Missouri and Arkansas at Bud Walton Arena have produced a total of 149 or fewer points.
  • Six of Missouri’s last seven games at Bud Walton Arena have produced a total of 149 or fewer points.

Arkansas vs Missouri Prediction

Missouri comes into this matchup after picking up a huge win against Alabama in their last game, but they will be on the road for this contest. The Tigers have won three games in a row and they are 3-3 in their last six road games. Missouri is shooting 48.5% from the field this year and they have scored at least 81 points in four of their last five games. Arkansas has lost three of their last four games and they have scored 61 and 60 points in their last two. The Razorbacks have been a disappointing team this season, but they do have wins against Michigan and Kentucky, so they are capable of beating good teams. Missouri is the better team in this matchup, but I think this is a very tough spot for them after that physical win against Alabama. Take Arkansas at home here.

The Alabama Crimson Tide and the Missouri Tigers meet Wednesday in college basketball action from Mizzou Arena. Here’s a Missouri vs Alabama prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Missouri vs Alabama pick.

Alabama Crimson Tide Betting Preview

The Crimson Tide have done quite well this year overall, with only a few scattered losses versus some difficult opponents in the books. Alabama opened up on a 6-2 run with losses to Purdue and Oregon among wins versus UNC Asheville, Arkansas State, McNeese State, Illinois, Houston, and Rutgers. A win streak over North Carolina, Creighton, North Dakota, Kent State, South Dakota State, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas A&M came next, then a loss to Ole Miss. The Tide would then take out Kentucky, Vanderbilt, LSU, Mississippi State, Georgia, Arkansas, and Texas over the next seven games before a loss to rival Auburn. Overall that gives the Crimson Tide a 21-4 record in their first 25 games of the year so far.

Matched up against Auburn in their Saturday outing, the Tide were down 42-33 going into the second half. Alabama held the pace from there on a 52-52 run but still took the loss at the end 94-85. Mark Sears led the way in the losing effort with 18 points and two assists, while Grant Nelson doubled up on 12 points with 12 boards and one assist. Clifford Omoruyi had 12 rebounds and eight points, while both Labaron Philon and Aden Holloway led the bench scoring 10 points apiece.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

Over on the Tigers’ side, they’ve had quite the solid season themselves with relatively few losses. Missouri fell to Memphis in their opener then took out Howard, Eastern Washington, MS Valley State, Pacific, AR-Pine Bluff, Lindenwood, Cal, Kansas, Long Island U, and Jacksonville State. A 1-2 run with a win over Alabama State in between losses to Illinois and Auburn came next, then wins over LSU, Vanderbilt, Florida, and Arkansas. After another loss to Texas, the Tigers hit a 4-2 run. Those losses were versus Tennessee and Texas A&M. Otherwise it was wins over Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, and Georgia in that time. The result so far has been a 19-6 overall run across the first 25 games of the season.

In the Georgia matchup on Saturday, the Tigers opened up on a 41-38 deficit in the first half. Missouri woke up from there on a 49-33 run and took the eventual win at the end 87-74, however. Anthony Robinson led the starters with 15 points, seven assists, five rebounds, and four steals in 26 minutes. Caleb Grill also had 15 points off the bench alongside five rebounds and four steals in 28 minutes on the floor. Mark Mitchell added 14 points with five rebounds and two assists, and Tamar Bates chipped in 13 points with three boards.

Why the Missouri Tigers will win

  • Missouri has won each of its last 10 night games at Mizzou Arena.
  • Alabama has lost three of its last four games at Mizzou Arena.
  • Missouri has won the first half in nine of its last 10 night games at Mizzou Arena.

Why the Alabama Crimson Tide will win

  • Alabama has won each of its last eight road games.
  • Missouri has lost nine of its last 10 night games against Top 5 AP-ranked opponents.
  • Alabama has won the first half in each of its last six road games against the Southeastern Conference.

Missouri vs Alabama Prediction

I’m going to stick with Alabama here. The Tide are coming off a rough loss to a very good Auburn team though, and they’ll need to get back on the horse quickly. Alabama shot just 38.6 percent from the field and 19.2 percent (5-of-26) from 3-point range in that defeat, giving up 46.2 percent on the other side. The good news is that the Tide were good on the boards with a 49-40 edge and had just seven turnovers. Alabama has scored 80 or more points in eight straight games now, a 7-1 overall run.

As for Missouri, they started pretty slowly against Georgia but everything worked out well in the end. The Tigers did give up 52.5 percent shooting in the win, though. Missouri has now scored a combined 169 points in their last pair of games, and they’ll likely need to keep that going if they’re going to steal a win here. I like a competitive matchup overall but in the end, I think Alabama takes the cover. Should be a fun one to watch.

In this article we will formulate a Georgia vs Missouri prediction for this College Basketball game on Saturday, February 15th at the Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Georgia. Let’s take a look at the prediction for this College Basketball matchup.

Georgia Bulldogs Betting Preview

The Georgia Bulldogs are 16-9 (4-8) this year after they lost to Texas A&M by a score of 69-53 in their last game. Georgia led 32-23 at halftime, but they scored just 21 points in the second half in the loss. The Bulldogs shot 32.7% from the field, 28% on three pointers, and 77.8% on free throws in the game. Silas Demary Jr. led Georgia with 19 points and four assists, while Blue Cain added 17 points and five rebounds in the loss.

Prior to that game, the Bulldogs lost to Mississippi State by a score of 76-75, but did beat LSU by a score of 81-62 before that. Georgia has lost seven of their last nine games and they are currently 12th in the SEC standings with a 4-8 record. Georgia has scored 75.0 points per game and they have allowed 67.4 points against per game, while also averaging 37.3 rebounds and 13.0 assists per game this season. Asa Newell is averaging 15.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.2 steals per game, while Silas Demary Jr. is averaging 11.8 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game this year. Georgia is shooting 46% from the field, 71.2% on free throws, and 32.5% on three pointers this season.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Missouri Tigers are 18-6 (7-4) this season after they defeated Oklahoma by a score of 82-58 in their last game. Missouri led 44-24 at halftime and added 38 points in the second half in the easy win. The Tigers shot 54.2% from the field, 33.3% on three pointers, and 74.3% on free throws in the game. Mark Mitchell led Missouri with 25 points and seven rebounds, while Caleb Grill added 15 points and five rebounds in the win.

Prior to that game, the Tigers lost to Texas A&M by a score of 67-64 and Tennessee by a score of 85-81. Missouri has won three of their last five games and they are currently sixth in the SEC standings with a 7-4 record. Missouri has scored 82.4 points per game and they have allowed 68.8 points against per game, while also averaging 34.8 rebounds and 13.5 assists per game this season. Tamar Bates is averaging 13.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game, while Mark Mitchell is averaging 12.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game this year. Missouri is shooting 48.1% from the field, 72.1% on free throws, and 37.4% on three pointers this season.

Why Missouri will beat Georgia

  • Georgia has lost each of its last nine day games against the Southeastern Conference.
  • Missouri has won 14 of its last 16 games against non-AP-ranked opponents.
  • Missouri has won the first half in five of its last six games against non-AP-ranked opponents.

Total Points Facts

  • Five of Missouri’s last six road games have produced a total of 149+ points.
  • Four of Georgia’s last five day games at Stegeman Coliseum have produced a total of 146+ points.

Georgia vs Missouri Prediction

Missouri comes into this matchup ranked #21 in the country and they are coming off of a dominating win against Oklahoma, but they will be on the road for this game. The Tigers did lose to Texas A&M and Tennessee prior to that Oklahoma game, but this Georgia team is not as difficult to play against. Georgia has lost three of their last four games and they only scored 53 points in their last game against Texas A&M. The Bulldogs are shooting 46% from the field this year, but they have scored 75+ points in two of their last three games. Georgia has been pretty solid at home this year, but they have struggled to beat anyone good over the last few weeks. Take Missouri here.

On Wednesday night, the NCAA presents Draftkings basketball fans with a regular season matchup featuring the Oklahoma Sooners and the Missouri Tigers. Let’s take a look at this game from a DFS perspective.

Before we dive into the Oklahoma Sooners vs. Missouri Tigers game let’s review the rules for Draftkings single game showdown contest.

Draftkings Single Game Showdown Contest Rules

You have $50,000 to utilize on five players from either team. However, one of those players will be designated as your team captain. The captain accumulates 1.5 times the standard fantasy points. Additionally, the captain is 1.5 times the standard cost of the flex position.

The remaining four players in your lineup will receive the standard fantasy points. Having stated that, it is highly important for you to identify the correct player for your captain position if you hope to win a large field DFS GPP (guaranteed prize pool) showdown contest.

If you have additional questions regarding the rules for the single game showdown contest, I recommend that you check out the Draftkings website for more details.

*I recommend that all readers review the starting lineups for both teams prior to setting your DFS lineup for this one game slate.

Here are my Draftkings picks for this evening’s Oklahoma Sooners vs. Missouri Tigers matchup.

Draftkings NCAA College Basketball Showdown Picks

Captain-Jalon Moore, Forward, Oklahoma Sooners $10,400

Senior forward Jalon Moore has been a standout performer for the Oklahoma Sooners this season. With that in mind, what do the statistics say about Moore’s performance in 2024? To answer this question, let’s examine his game data from the 2024 NCAA regular season.

In the 23 games that Jalon Moore has played for the Oklahoma Sooners in the 2024 NCAA regular season, Moore is averaging 17.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 0.6 blocks and 0.7 steals a game.

Earlier this month, in the Oklahoma Sooners convincing 97-67 win over the Vanderbilt Commodores, Jalon Moore certainly played at a high level. Moore compiled 19 points, four rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in the Oklahoma Sooners victory over the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Examining the data just presented more closely, in the Sooners win over the Commodores, Jalon Moore amassed a robust 29.1 Draftkings points.

As I noted in the rules section above, selecting the correct player at the captain position for a Draftkings NBA showdown lineup is absolutely vital if you hope to win a large field GPP (guaranteed prize pool) DFS contest.

In my view, Jalon Moore is the most likely player to post the most Draftkings points in this evening’s NCAA regular season game. For that specific reason, I am rolling with Oklahoma forward Jalon Moore at the captain position for this one game Draftkings NCAA Showdown contest.

Flex Plays

Jeremiah Fears, Guard, Oklahoma Sooners $8,400

In addition to forward Jalon Moore, Oklahoma Sooners guard Jeremiah Fears has been a key contributor to the team’s success this season.

In the 23 games that guard Jeremiah Fears has played for the Oklahoma Sooners in the 2024 NCAA regular season, Jeremiah Fears is averaging 15.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, 4 assists and 1.8 steals a game.

Looking closer at the data just presented, in the 23 games that guard Jeremiah Fears has played for the Oklahoma Sooners in the 2024 NCAA regular season, Fears is averaging 28.6 Draftkings points a game.

In conclusion, I fully expect Oklahoma guard Jeremiah Fears to continue his outstanding play versus the Missouri Tigers later today.

Additional flex plays I like to perform well in this game (Draftkings price noted): Mark Mitchell, Guard (Missouri Tigers) $10,600: Tony Perkins, Guard (Missouri Tigers) $7,400.

Tamar Bates is averaging 14 points and 2.9 rebounds, while Caleb Grill is averaging 12.6 points and 0.9 assists. Mark Mitchell is the third double-digit scorer and Anthony Robinson II is dishing 3.3 assists. The Missouri Tigers are shooting 37.5 percent from beyond the arc and 71.9 percent from the free throw line. • Oklahoma ranks 8th among Division 1 teams for opponent three-point percentage this season (28.8%).

Missouri vs Oklahoma Injury Report

Missouri will be without Trent Burns. Oklahoma will be without Jadon Jones and Jeff Nwankwo.

Missouri vs Oklahoma Prediction

The Oklahoma Sooners have the scoring ability to make this game competitive, but they continue to struggle defensively, and it’s played into losses in seven of their last 10 games. Oklahoma has won just one of their five road games. The Missouri Tigers are coming off a bad loss to Texas A&M, but they’re 15-1 SU at home, and they’ve covered eight of their last 10 games overall. While Oklahoma and Missouri have similar records, it’s the Tigers that are starting to separate themselves. Missouri is also ridiculous at home. I’ll lay the points with the Tigers.

  • Each of the last seven games between Texas A&M and Missouri at Mizzou Arena have produced a total of 139 or fewer points.
  • Each of Texas A&M’s last seven games at Mizzou Arena have produced a total of 139 or fewer points.

Missouri vs Texas A&M Prediction

I’m on Missouri here. I get the allure of points with Texas A&M who have been really good this season and have more than held their own in a lot of spots on the road this season. However, I think I have to come to grips with the fact that Missouri is actually good this season. Like, really good. And I was really impressed with the fight they gave to Tennessee even in a losing effort. The Tigers have been a lot more impressive in conference play compared to last year (although it wouldn’t take much to improve on an 0-18 conference season) and I think that they can defend home court with a win and cover here. Give me Missouri.

The Missouri Tigers and the Tennessee Volunteers meet Wednesday in college basketball action from Thompson-Boling Arena. Here’s a Tennessee vs Missouri prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Tennessee vs Missouri pick.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Tigers really only have one spotty three-game span in the books so far this year. Otherwise, they’ve only posted a couple of defeats amid a flurry of victories. Missouri lost to Memphis in their opener, then took out Howard, Eastern Washington, MS Valley State, Pacific, AR-Pine Bluff, Lindenwood, Cal, Kansas, Long Island U, and Jacksonville State in the next 10 games. The Tigers would fall to Illinois and Auburn in the next three (around a win over Alabama State), then beat LSU, Vanderbilt, Florida, and Arkansas. Following another loss to Texas, the Tigers beat Ole Miss and Mississippi State for a 17-4 overall record through the first 21 games.

In their Saturday matchup with Mississippi State, the Tigers came out of the locker room looking up at a 45-31 advantage. Missouri kept it going in the second half with a 43-30 run and took the eventual blowout road win 88-61 in the end. Caleb Grill came off the bench to lead the team with 20 points, two assists, and one rebound. Josh Gray had a double-double off the bench with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Tops among the starters in the victory was Tamar Bates, who notched 14 points with three rebounds and three assists in 29 minutes of work.

Tennessee Volunteers Betting Preview

Over on the Volunteers’ side, they kicked off the season with a flurry of victories. Tennessee has gone on a meandering .500 run since January 7, however. The Vols took out Gardner-Webb, Louisville, Montana, Austin Peay, Virginia, Baylor, TN-Martin, Syracuse, Miami, Illinois, Western Carolina, Middle Tennessee, Norfolk State, and Arkansas in their opening 14 outings. It’s been a 4-4 run since then with losses to Florida, Vanderbilt, Auburn, and Kentucky amid wins over Texas, Georgia, Mississippi State, and Florida. The result so far has been an 18-4 overall record through the first 22 games of the season for the Volunteers.

Matched up against Florida on Saturday, the Vols held a three-point edge going into the second half. Tennessee got much better from there on a 40-23 run and took the eventual victory 64-44 in the end. Tops in scoring was Chaz Lanier with 19 points and five rebounds, while Jordan Gainey added 16 points with four rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Felix Okpara also finished in double-figures with 10 points, eight rebounds, and two blocks. All of the team’s bench points (seven) came from Cade Phillips alongside three rebounds in 28 minutes.

Why the Tennessee Volunteers will win

  • Tennessee has won each of its last 27 Wednesday games at Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center.
  • Missouri has lost 15 of its last 17 night games against the Southeastern Conference.
  • The home team has won the first half in each of Tennessee’s last five games.

Why the Missouri Tigers will win

  • Missouri has won 10 of its last 11 night games.
  • Tennessee has lost each of its last three games following a home win.
  • Missouri has won the first half in six of its last seven games against the Southeastern Conference.

Tennessee vs Missouri Prediction

I’ll just stay with Tennessee here. The Volunteers are coming off a very effective game (at least defensively) against the Gators. Tennessee held Florida to just 24.5 percent shooting from the field and 14.8 percent (4-of-27) from 3-point range. the 40-37 rebounding advantage was nice, as were the nine points off 13 Florida turnovers. The Volunteers have been a mixed bag as far as scoring—and winning—lately. They’ve been below 69 points in three of the last four games (a 2-2 run) but generally, they’re still playing pretty good defense.

As for Missouri, they’re coming off a very impressive road win over Mississippi State this past weekend. The Tigers shot an excellent 55 percent from the field in that one while holding the Bulldogs to just 36.4 percent on the other side. Missouri is cooking during this 6-1 stretch, posting 75 or more points in each win during that time. Generally, the Tigers are keeping other teams in check on the scoreboard as well. This matchup could go a lot of different ways, but in the end, I like the Vols to eke one out at home. It’ll be one of the highlights of the Wednesday schedule.

Mississippi State vs Missouri Injury Report

Missouri will be without Trent Burns due to a foot injury. Mississippi State will be without Kanye Clary due to a leg injury.

Mississippi State vs Missouri Prediction

The Mississippi State Bulldogs are the more talented team and could win comfortably at home, but they’re also 0-6 ATS in their last six games and 3-7 ATS in heir last 10 games. The Missouri Tigers have turned their season around with wins in seven of their last 10 games, and they’ve covered seven of those games as well. Let’s not forget, Missouri beat Florida on the road a couple of weeks ago as a double-digit underdog. Missouri has found its offense and isn’t a team that should be overlooked. I want the points with Missouri on the road.

Ole Miss Has Lost Two Straight Games

Ole Miss has lost two straight games and they are suddenly struggling heading into this game. Sean Pedulla was the top player putting up 16 points, three rebounds, and one assist. There were four different players that put up at least 10 points. Missouri shot only 31.3 percent from the field and 18.2 percent from behind the three point line. Two games ago against Arkansas it was a different story and they ended up winning 83-65.

Texas vs Missouri Prediction

The Texas Longhorns are getting the benefit of the doubt because they’re at home, but they’ve lost four of their last five games and the defense is heading in the wrong direction. Texas has allowed 80 or more points in three of its last five contests, which is a far cry from their season average of 66.9 points. The Missouri Tigers are 8-2 SU and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games, which includes a road upset over Florida as a double-digit underdog. Missouri also has the offensive horses to expose this Texas defense if it doesn’t get its act together. Missouri has topped 80 points in six of its last nine games. Give me Missouri and the free bucket on the road.

In this article we will formulate a Missouri vs Arkansas prediction for this College Basketball game on Saturday, January 18th at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Missouri. Let’s take a look at the prediction for this College Basketball matchup.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Missouri Tigers are 14-3 (3-1) this season after they defeated Florida by a score of 83-82 in their last game. Missouri led 50-34 at halftime, but they were outscored 48-33 in the second half in the narrow win. The Tigers shot 44.3% from the field, 37.9% on three pointers, and 62.1% on free throws in the game. Caleb Grill led Missouri with 22 points and three rebounds, while Mark Mitchell added 15 points and eight rebounds in the game.

Prior to that victory, the Tigers defeated Vanderbilt by a score of 75-66 and LSU by a score of 83-67. Missouri has won three games in a row and four of their last five, and they are one of four teams in the SEC with one conference loss so far. Missouri has scored 84.9 points per game and they have allowed 69.3 points against per game, while also averaging 34.6 rebounds and 13.8 assists per game this season. Mark Mitchell is averaging 13.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game, while Tamar Bates is averaging 12.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game this year. Missouri is shooting 49.4% from the field, 71.9% on free throws, and 37.3% on three pointers this season.

Arkansas Razorbacks Betting Preview

The Arkansas Razorbacks are 11-6 (0-4) this year after they lost to LSU by a score of 78-74 in their last game. Arkansas led 36-34 at halftime, but they were outscored 44-38 in the second half for the loss. The Razorbacks shot 39.1% from the field, 45% on three pointers, and 84.6% on free throws in the game. Boogie Fland led Arkansas with 19 points and five assists, while Jonas Aidoo added 12 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.

Prior to that game, the Razorbacks lost to Florida by a score of 71-63 and Ole Miss by a score of 73-66. Arkansas has lost four games in a row and they are one of just three teams that are winless in SEC play. Arkansas has scored 78.1 points per game and they have allowed 67.6 points against per game, while also averaging 35.9 rebounds and 15.4 assists per game this season. Adou Thiero is averaging 16.7 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game, while Boogie Fland is averaging 15.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 5.7 assists per game this year. Arkansas is shooting 47.9% from the field, 71.4% on free throws, and 34.3% on three pointers this season.

Why Missouri will beat Arkansas

  • Missouri has won each of its last 13 games at Mizzou Arena.
  • Arkansas has lost each of its last five games against the Southeastern Conference.
  • Missouri has won the first half in 12 of its last 13 games at Mizzou Arena.

Missouri vs Arkansas Prediction

Missouri comes into this matchup with plenty of momentum after beating Florida in their last game, and they are looking for their fourth straight win here. The Tigers are shooting 49.4% from the field and they are scoring nearly 85 points per game this season. Missouri has scored at least 82 points in three of their last five games, but they did play a bad second half in their last game and nearly blew the win. Arkansas is searching for their first SEC win of the year and they have allowed 71 points or more in four straight games. The Razorbacks do have a decent shooting percentage, but they continue to find ways to lose close games. These two teams are trending in opposite directions and I really like how Missouri is playing right now. Take the Tigers at home here.

The Missouri Tigers and the Florida Gators meet Tuesday in college basketball action from O’Connell Center. Here’s a Florida vs Missouri prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Florida vs Missouri pick.

Missouri Tigers Betting Preview

The Tigers got off to a nice start over their first 11 games this year, but they’ve had some tougher matchups in a choppy run lately. Missouri fell to Memphis in their opener, then bounced back with a winning streak over Howard, Eastern Washington, Mississippi Valley State, Pacific, Arkansas Pine Bluff, Lindenwood, California, Kansas, Long Island University, and Jacksonville State. A 1-2 stretch commenced after that with losses to Illinois and Auburn around a win versus Alabama State. The Tigers have picked up a couple of wins in their last pair however, taking out LSU and Vanderbilt on the way to a 13-3 overall record so far.

Back on Saturday in the Vanderbilt game, the Tigers came out of the break looking up at a 41-32 advantage on the scoreboard. Missouri closed on a 34-34 run in the second half and picked up a solid win 75-66 in the end. Mark Mitchell was the leading team contributor with 19 points, seven rebounds, and one assist. Anthony Robinson added 15 points with eight assists and three steals, while Caleb Grill came off the bench to contribute 13 points, five rebounds, two steals, and one assist in 28 minutes of action on the floor.

Florida Gators Betting Preview

Over on the Gators’ side, they opened up the 2024-25 season on a stellar run before finally taking their first loss. Florida has picked it back up with a couple of wins since then. In that opening 13-0 run, the Gators powered out wins over South Florida, Jacksonville, Grambling, Florida State, Florida A&M, Southern Illinois, Wake Forest, Wichita State, Virginia, Arizona State, North Carolina, North Florida, and Stetson in succession. Following their first (and only, so far) loss of the year versus Kentucky on January 4, the Gators have since dispatched Tennessee and Arkansas in their last two outings for a 15-1 overall run so far this year.

Matched up against Arkansas in their Saturday game, the Gators entered the locker room holding a slim three-point lead 28-25. Florida didn’t end up falling any further behind than that, posting a 43-38 advantage in the second half on the way to a nice win 71-63. Alijah Martin was the team’s top scorer with 14 points, four boards, one assist, and one steal. Alex Condon doubled on 12 points with 10 boards and four assists. Both Will Richard (eight rebounds) and Walter Clayton (five assists) posted 12 points apiece in the road victory as well.

Why the Florida Gators will win

  • Florida has won each of its last 19 games at Exactech Arena at Stephen C. O’Connell Center against non-AP-ranked opponents.
  • Missouri has lost each of its last eight night games against Top 5 AP-ranked opponents.
  • Florida has won the first half in each of its last 19 games at Exactech Arena at Stephen C. O’Connell Center.

Why the Missouri Tigers will win

  • Missouri has won each of its last nine night games.
  • Missouri has won the first half in nine of its last 10 night games.

Florida vs Missouri Prediction

I’m sticking with Florida, even though the line’s a little hefty. The Gators didn’t suffer that proverbial “big-win hangover” in their latest matchup with Arkansas, riding a 49-39 rebounding edge to an eight-point road victory. The shooting wasn’t that great (39.1 percent), but Florida was a menace on defense. The Gators held Arkansas to just 30 percent shooting from the floor on the other side. Florida is cooking on offense this year. They’ve hit 71 or more points in all 16 games so far and should notch another solid total here as well.

As for Missouri, they didn’t have too many issues with Vanderbilt in their latest win, posting 49 percent shooting with a 33-29 rebounding advantage. The Tigers did cough up 14 turnovers though, and if they’re careless with the ball here the Gators will make them pay for it. Missouri has scored very well all year themselves, posting 68 or more points in all 16 games so far. I like this one to be another sizable total on both sides, with Florida asserting their dominance in an eventual cover. Should be a fun matchup, though. It’ll be a good one to watch.

In this article, we will formulate a Missouri vs Vanderbilt Prediction for this college basketball game on Saturday, January 11th, at the Mizzou Arena. Let’s take a look at Missouri Tigers vs Vanderbilt Commodores Pick.

Can Missouri Build on Last Game?

Two games ago against Auburn, Missouri had some major issues and they ended up losing 84-68. In the last game though, Missouri bounced back in a big way and they were able to secure the 83-67 victory. Guard Tamar Bates had a huge game putting up 20 points, eight rebounds, and two assists. There were five different players that are averaging at least 10 points per game.

Missouri on the season is averaging 85.7 points while thier defense is giving up 68.7 points per game. The offense is ranked 11th in the league while the defense is ranked 108th. They have done a good job of getting to the free throw line and they are averaging 21 three throws per game which is the most in college basketball. Mark Mitchell has been the top player for MIssouri this season averaging 13.1 points while shooting 51.1 percent from the field and 25 percent from behind the three point line.

Can Vanderbilt Bounce Back?

Vanderbilt in the last game faced off against Mississippi State and they didn’t play well enough. Vanderbilt scored only 64 points while the defense gave up 74 points and that led to the defeat. Vanderbilt shot 35.5 percent from the field but only 19.2 percent from deep. In this game if they wnt to find success, they are going to need the defense to step up to really try to put the presure on.  Vanderbilt on the season is averaging 84.6 points while their defense is giving up 67.1 points per game. The offense is ranked 21st in the league while the defense is ranked 75th. They are shooting 47.9 percent which is 56th best in the league. They are averaging 26.1 three point attempts per game which is 73rd in the league. Guard Jason Edwards is averaging 17.1 points while shooting 44.8 percent from the field and 36.6 percent from behind the three point line. There are four different players that are averaging at least 10 points per game.

Why the Vanderbilt Commodores Will Beat the Missouri

Missouri vs Vanderbilt Prediction

Vanderbilt struggled in the last game but they are going to bounce back in a big way. Vanderbilt is averaging 84.6 points per game overall and although they struggled in the last game they are going to bounce back in a big way here. This Missouri defense I don’t trust and they are going to really struggle in a major way here. Vanderbilt’s offense is going to be too much and they are going to cruise to the cover here.
